The Long Point World Biosphere Reserve is involved in several ambitious educational projects, which generate student educational programs that will help us all to understand the floral diversity of Long Point.

The scientific community as well as children studying at school have a wealth of diverse information in Long Point's plant life, whether it be the study of flowers, or seeds. What are the differences between a plant stem and a tree trunk, what is the function of a leaf or a root and what is the make up of a plant cell?
