Ginkgo/Maidenhair
The maidenhair, or ginkgo, tree is believed to be the most primitive living member of the flowering plants.
Characterized by bright green, two-lobed leaves, this deciduous conifer grows to a height of 25 m (80 ft). The ginkgo
produces a foul-smelling fruit with an edible kernel during the late summer or early fall.
