THE WOMEN'S SHELTER

Haldimand-Norfolk Women's Services provides 24 hour crisis intervention, counselling/advocacy/support and residential services to assist women aged 16 and older, with or without children, who need a place of safety from abuse. Services offered includes telephone counselling, individual counselling, advocacy and support, transportation to the shelter, a safe residence and aspires to meet each woman's and child's personal needs, safe shelter, telephone counselling/advocacy and support is available 24 hours a day. Support and information are provided so that women may make the choices which they feel are best for them. All shelter services are voluntary and women may choose the extent to which they require assistance.

No cost.

Support available through crisis line, 24 hours/day, 365 days/year.
