Accipiter striatus

Call

Fairly common in open woodlands. It has a long narrow square cut tail. The smallest accipiter will take on and catch a pigeon in flight. Similar to the Cooper's Hawk in many ways, except for it's smaller size, including it's call of 15-20 cackling notes.
