In a nutshell
We will be hiding 20 or so unpublished geocaches in Louislynn's 85 acre woodlot
We will provide a sheet with all the co-ords as well as a GPX file that can be download to your device the day of the event
at the beginning of the event you will be randomly assigned to a team (team size yet to be determined)
Teams will then be allowed to go serch for these caches durring a set time
Prizes will be awarded based on how well the team does
after the race is over we are looking at doing a Potluck BBQ hotdogs & hamburgs provided, please bring a salad or dessert
You can download the GPX file for the caches, They will be put out Sunday Morning, But do not go looking for them until the Event Starts
At the beginning of the event We will be making up teams, Each team will be given a Passport and a Trail Map , and instructions on what to do.
All caches are on the ground no climbing is necesary , and we ask that no one climb any of the Deer Stands that are in the woods.
A start time for each team will be written down, and your finish time will be marked down when you return, All teams should be back to the table by 4pm
to have the score tallied, We will then give out prizes , and start the Potluck BBQ

Any issues with downloading the GPX contact Simrebel, He will have his laptop at the event with the GPX file and can help you load it to your GPS if your having issues
Note: These are temp caches and will not be posted on geocaching.com and they will not count for your finds on the site.
